Issues in mentoring: what and why do we mentor: Each of five groups of supervising chaplains gathered at fort hood, Texas, in September, 1991, were asked to discuss mentoring from a particular point of view. the most salient and well-articulated insights are discussed. Sample Sermons: Members of the Advanced Course (C-22) at the U.S. Army Chaplain Center and School agreed to preach a sermon in their faith tradition to be used as samples for evaluation. Each of the eleven Chaplains preach to a military congregation at the School's chapel at Fort Monmouth.
