The Army Aviation branch plans to consolidate all 9 current field manuals and non-aircrew training manual training circulars (TC) into one capstone field manual and three Army Technique publications (ATP). FM 3-04 Army Aviation is scheduled to be published in May 2013 after review by Army officials.
