As of Nov. 1, 2010, there were 8 UH/MH-60 accidents, 11 UH/MH-60 fatalities, 4 accidents and 4 fatalities for the OH-58D, 4 accidents for the CH-47D/F, 3 accidents for the C-12, and 2 accidents and 1 fatality for the AH-64. While Class A Aviation accidents were down, fatalities were higher than 2009 fiscal year numbers. Also includes soldier accident fatalities and off-duty fatalities and fiscal 2010 safety initiatives.
