Captain Scott Hughes, Test Pilot, has the ultimate Air Force assignment: to take the awe-inspiring B-2 Spirit stealth bomber on a bad weather mission, halfway across the country from its legendary home base at Edwards AFB, California, and return within eight hours. His colleagues have located bad weather back east, and Captain Hughes will fly the wing-shaped bomber to, and through these dark, distrubing clouds to confirm that the B-2 is indeed an all-weather attack platform unlike any other.
