This work is an effort to document the scope and activities of CAC around its 33rd year of existence, both for the edification of those currently involved, and to preserve knowledge for future generations. Rather than attempt this in words, as it is traditionally done, we have chosen to rely on pictures, both to catch the eye and perhaps to convey more information. We have also chosen to follow this year in the life of one person who touches all elements of CAC, the Commander. During this period, the CAC Commander was Lieutenant General David H. Petraeus.
