U.S. Army Aviation Center(USAAVNC), Fort Rucker, AL hosted the first ARCR&MWG meeting about Army Reserve and Army National Guard aviation mobilization and readiness from 23-24 Feb 2005. Development of the rotational readiness model (RRM) was the primary focus. Lessons learned from the Global War on Terrorism, Operation Enduring Freedom, and Operation Iraqi Freedom were discussed.
