This article discusses changes needed in force protection to prevent future incidents such as the bombings of Khobar Towers and the U. S. S. Cole. It also contrasts the official handling of the leaders in charge during the attacks. Secretary of Defense Cohen found negligence by USAF Brig. Gen.
