The U.S. Army Aviation Logistics School at Fort Eustis, VA added an integrated advanced learning environment (ALE) to its training program for AH-64D maintainers. Virtual reality simulators engage the trainee in detailed manipulation of the task to be performed, providing an environment as close to real world as possible.
