The taller (1951) edition appears to have been released as volume one only. No records for a volume two by this publisher can be found as of 12 July 2019, however, the maps in volume two of the 1909 edition can be used for this edition. The 1909 editions have varying reprint dates. As far as can be discerned, all are the exact same information for War Department Document number 324.
