An After-action report covering post-disaster activities of the Corps of Engineers in Northern California after the floods of December 1964 and January 1965. The report summarizes rehabilitation activities under the provisions of Public Laws 99 and 875. Flood damage estimates and cost of restoration works are presented in tabular form by counties listed alphabetically. Devastation caused by this thousand year flood is graphically portrayed by a series of photographs.
