Vick Harwood, a sniper injured in the line of duty in Afghanistan, returns home with little memory of what happened and gradually discovers that a series of local assassinations are occurring when he is nearby. Soon he is on the run from the authorities. Nothing is adding up and Harwood has to unravel this mystery or pay the price for crimes he may or may not have committed. And time is running out.
