Stephanie Yeow spent nearly 20 years photographing Lee Kuan Yew, the first Prime Minister of Singapore. LKY, as he was informally known, led Singapore through de-colonization from Great Britain and into the twentieth century. This work is an abridged piece from Yeow's A Life in Pictures, was made to help capture the essence of the public and private leader of Singapore. While Ms. Yeow took some of these photos, many of them are from the Lee family album to which she was granted access.

Presented to the United States Army Engineer School, Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri, on 29 July 2015 as a gift from Col. Pek Tong Tan and the Singapore Combat Engineer Delegation.
