This Biological Assessment (BA) addresses effects to Indiana bats (Myotis sodalls), gray bats (M. grisescens) and bald eagles (Hallaeetus leucocephalus) caused by the proposed relocation of the U.S. Army Chemical School and U.S. Army Military Police School from Fort McClellan to Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. Both bat species are listed as endangered, and the bald eagle is listed as threatened by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS). This BA was developed in accordance with 50 CFR Part 402 and the Endangered Species Act of 1973, as amended (ESA). Includes appendix IV entitled : effect of Selected Chemicals on Indiana Bats, Gray Bats, and Bald Eagles at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri.
