An environmental survey to assess the impact of a proposed road through the northeastern portion of Fort Leonard Wood, and West Waynesville, Mo. in light of the moving of the Army Chemical and Military Police schools to Fort Leonard Wood. The increased volume of permanent party personnel has created significant travel problems along Missouri Avenue, the artery that feeds the North (Main) gate of the installation. This study looks at the possible effects on areas such as land use, including farm land, the Socioeconomic environment, Physical environment, Ecological resources including fish and wildlife, and threatened and endangered species.
