Army First Lieutenant Jack Jacobs tells his story of serving as an advisor to the South Vietnamese when he and his men came under attack. Although wounded, Jacobs took command and withdrew the unit, returning repeatedly to rescue more men. His actions saved the lives of a U.S. advisor and thirteen Allied soldiers.
