"An Environmental Assessment (EA) was performed to evaluate the environmental effects of implementing projects identified in the 88M Wheeled Vehicle Driver's Course and Sapper University. This EA was tiered off the programmatic Environmental Assessment (PEA) of the Ongoing Mission (USACE 2006), and the evaluation was based on two alternatives, the No Action Alternative and the Full Implementation Alternative. It was determined that neither alternative would result in significant adverse or beneficial impacts. Consequently, a Finding of No Significant Impact is recommended.? ? T.p.
