This program presents a summary, history, and description of the research program at the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research. It includes, but is not limited to, research in naturally occurring infectious diseases, combat casualty care, operational health hazards, medical defense against biological and chemical weapons, medical product development and the benfits to the general public.
