Work performed on Project Stardust during October 1965 to September 1966 is reviewed. The current sampling and analytical programs are summarized. Descriptions are given of the stratospheric distributions of strontium-90, manganese-54, cadmium-109 and carbon-14 from pre-1963 nuclear weapon tests, of plutonium-238 from the burnup of a SNAP-9A power source in April 1964, of daughter products of radon, and of fission products from the 9 May 1966 Chinese nuclear explosion. Recent measurements of carbon-14 in surface air in northern New Jersey are presented. (Author).
