A bridge is built over the Paraná River connecting two cities in Argentina. As the bridge takes shape, carefree boys grow into teenagers; a mysterious engineer touches the lives of his landlord; and a photographer documents the process of change. No one is prepared for the transformation that begins once the bridge is complete.
