Recounts, through archival footage and still photographs, the history of the U.S. Army's 10th Mountain Division. Organized in 1941, the 10th was a unit that specialized in mountain warfare. World-class skiers and mountain climbers, both Americans and foreigners, were among the members. Veterans recall their training in the U.S. and combat in Italy.
