Following the style of the first one, this sequel also puts its focus on action and laugh-deriving elements, which make this another full of fun comedy of the 90's. The story is about Sing, who becomes a traffic cop, determines to be an undercover agent at school to regain his reputation of being a leader of SDU. However, this time he goes to a high class international school and investigates an ammo smuggling case instead.
