A gallant hotel manager is discrete about a drunk daughter of a politician; they fall in love and have a daughter. Their differences cause them to separate. They meet again years later when she is an established politician, and they are caught on a front page cover story in each other's arms. Now she has to win back the trust and votes of her people.
