The Korean war has ended in 1953, but the fight for survival has just begun. Two 18-year-old boys, T'ae-ho and Chong-du, live in a camp for orphaned boys. They scheme to steal US Army supplies and gather other boys to grow their business. However, when they start to take business away from the local gangsters, the fight for survival turns into a war.
