Two men raised in the shadows of the Triad underworld must manipulate the operations of the mob and each other's emotional lives, particularly when dealing with their beautiful best friend, Lin--the daughter of a powerful crime leader. When one of the men tries to leave, an elaborate scheme is set in motion which will put everyone in jeopardy and the criminal networks of two countries pitted against each other.
