"Power to the Edge" is the latest book in the Information Age Transformation Series, and in a sense it completes the articulation of a vision of DoD Transformation and an approach to achieving it. This book was written to develop a broader understanding of the principles being used to develop policy, make decisions regarding investments in C4ISR, and provide oversight of ongoing DoD programs and related activities that will provide the wideband network that people will trust and use, populate with high quality information, and use for developing shared awareness, collaborating effectively, and synchronizing their actions.
