Evan Galbraith represented America in Paris for four years during Reagan's administration, and he paints a vivid picture showing the life of an American ambassador in the grand and glamorous city. His story is often amusing when describing his involvement on talk shows, at embassy dinner parties, and in meetings with the Socialist government's leaders.
