This is the second in a series of target acquisition information letters. This series of letters is published to keep personnel informed of current developments in target acquisition equipment, procedures, and maintenance techniques and to provide advance notice of forthcoming changes to manuals. The purpose of this letter is to introduce the Integrated Observation System (IOS) and to provide instructions for its installation and operation.
