From page 5: USARDAISA Mission - The U.S. Army Research, Development, and Acquisition Information Systems Activity is a US Army Information Systems Command (USAISC) asset operating as a Major Subordinating Command Activity under USAISC. The primary mission of USARDAISA is to provide automation, telecommunications, and networking support and services to the Army Acquisition Executive (AAE), to the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Research, Development, and Acquisition (ASA(RDA)) and staff, as well as provide specialized automation, networking, and communications support to other HQDA elements, the Acquisition Community, and selected DOD staff elements in support of the AAE mission.
