As an extension of the SCAT I study, this study looks at the U.S. Army's need for a family of observation, scout, light attack, and heavy attack helicopters, and examines effectiveness, cost-feasibility, combat simulations, and other parameters linked to utilizing and evaluating different types of helicopters.
