This is a study of the "Rockbottom" requirements for equipment and supplies procurable in the United States and India for a single Chinese division, with a plan of supply. It was computed on the basis of an assumed tactical situation wherein it is desired to equip, maintain and furnish with ammunition from one to ten yoke force divisions. The plan provides for a balanced cargo of critical equipment and supplies for one division within a strictly limited tonnage.
