The reports on treatment of Japanese prisoners in Russian hands were furnished G-2 FEC by the Japanese First Demobilization Bureau, an organization of former Japanese Army personnel formed to expedite demobilization of the Japanese Army. Reports include military personnel sent to Russian territory, the Japanese Army in Manchuria and Northern Korea, Japanese Army in Sakhalin and the Kuriles, recapitulation, and an evaluation of basic data.
