MAJ Burnside talks about his pre-deployment training and how it prepared him for his missions. He details his mission with advising the Iraqi police and Iraqi Army and describes the relationship he had with them. He talks about meeting with the Iraqi police and Iraqi Army to address their needs and concerns and talks about working alongside the Iraqi police chief. MAJ Burnside shares his deployment successes and closes his interview by stating, "The relationships you build will have a great impact on the individual."
