In this interview MAJ Lovett discusses his experiences as a member of an embedded training team (ETT) in Afghanistan in 2005. He went as part of the Tennessee Army National Guard who sent 96 soldiers to fill slots for the ETTs. MAJ Lovett describes his experiences at Camp Shelby going through his mobilization training. MAJ Lovett speaks fondly of his time with the Afghans as an embedded trainer and all that he and his team accomplished during that year.
