This paper compares and Contrasts the action at Mogadishu and Operation Iraqi Freedom. Over the years we have adapt to the enemy Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures. Soldiers are well train and ready prior to commencement of combat operation. Non Commission Officers place an important part in getting the military forces ready for combat. There three comparisons this paper centers on are: 1) the lack of respect they gave to the dead; 2) lack of personnel need for the mission; and 3) the selfless service of our Enlisted Soldiers. Some comparisons include: 1) the difference in mission; 2) the length of mission; and 3) battle readiness.
