This paper describes three of the key events that took place while assigned to the 101st Finance, 101st Soldier Support Battalion during Operation Iraqi Freedom I. The dates given to describe each of these events are approximate. I describe situations and austere conditions leading up to each event. The first discussion covers our arrival into Kuwait and Ground Assault Convoy to Bushmaster and jump TOC to Iskandaria, Iraq. The second discussion covers the support in Iskandaria and Ground Assault Convoy to Mosul. The final discussion explains sustainment operations in Mosul.
