The impossible is possible and usually when you never see it coming. It is at this time that the preparations of leaders, including our individual morals, relationships, and courage are truly tested. It's easy if you see it coming, blindsided reactions are often telling! It's also the time when you see the grey area, as a senior NCO in the military we are counted on to realize the "right outcome" in a given situation and thru our actions force that reality. Something a young E3 in the Army may not pick up on.
