The military, with the use of cultural shock and role exit, are assimilating recruits. The military utilizes not only cultural shock, but also establishes its own elements of culture. The resocialization of military personnel is established through sanctions, that controls the masses through negative and positive responses. The military accentuate the positive to acquire enhance results that they deem necessary for mission accomplishment and national security. The positive results that are accentuated far exceed the negative ones, as relevant to the positive role the military portrays not only in the military, but also in the civilian sector.
