This paper describes an 12 day mission to conduct a vehicle exchange with EUCOM. The mission was to take our two embassy vehicles to Kiev Ukraine and exchange them for two new vehicles. This paper explains a lot of the challenges we encountered over the 11 day mission. All of the events are in chronological order. I will discuss key decision points and the courses of action that were taken. The mission constantly changed from day to day.
