This is a brief look at the life and events of a great American, my older brother Command Sergeant Major Roy A. Wells. CSM Wells was born into a family of nine children in total. He fell among the middle group of kids and he learned early on that leadership is key to survival for any group or unit during tough times and stressful situations. CSM Wells gained great leadership knowledge while attending Catholic grade school through high school. In addition, playing football at San Juan Memorial high school was the perfect training ground for CSM Wells to gain understanding of the technical aspect of team work and leadership at the small unit level!...
