The business of recruiting continues to evolve as recruiters strive to access a quality, all-volunteer force for America's Army. Challenging market conditions and increased competition for the target population will remain intense. The posture of the world will continue to shape the conditions the Army recruiters must overcome. The NCOs in the Army Recruiting Command will make history and meet these challenges. They are the face of this great nation and will continue to be the builders of great heroes of the all volunteer Army.
