This article reports the results of some of the leadership challenges in the United States Army Recruiting Command dating back to 1994. You will see some of the tactics, procedures and results, and the leadership issues. Despite the leadership problems and the obstacles, a major change was on the way. You do not have to lead by fear nor threats. Over the past thirteen years the recruiting command has made a significant change on the way the leadership treats their soldiers and civilians. As you read this report keep an open mind because this is what I went through.
