Ethical and moral values are instilled into everyone at early age in life. The core, or base, of these values are established from those learned through parents, grandparents or whoever where the teacher of these values. Ethics is defined as the study of the general nature of morals and the specific moral choices as individual makes in relating to others. This could be in the way that you treat them in a day to day manor or in the way that you lead them if you are a leader. It also is defined as the rules or standards of conduct governing the members of a profession. In today's Army it is an expected trait that all members of the profession are to follow. It is something that all Noncommissioned Officers are entrusted in doing, through orders, regulations, and day to day duties.
