Were American Forces prepared or un-prepared for Operation Iraqi Freedom and Mogadishu because of equipment, knowledge and skills. Americans would wonder did these issues take or give the American Soldier an advantage in these conflicts. The American Forces are an elite fighting force, prepared for any battle at any time according to our leaders; however, we do have our skeptics. The United States Military have repeatedly executed its primary mission at the outbreak of hostilities. The role of the Noncommissioned Officer have been present in all America's Battles but have not always won the battle when it came to preparing our Soldiers to execute. In some cases, Soldiers went into battles with very little knowledge and training of what the fight involves but at all cost will execute the mission. The American Soldier has some of the best-trained Noncommissioned Officers and if the resources and assets are available, Soldiers will receive training.
