Military history is important because it gives you the basis how to complete a mission from an historical respective. Just because the present battle field is different for the reason that of technology and the way we fight, it all revolves from how we did it before that has brought us to today. The more history we know, the more confident we are in the battle field knowing what our leaders did in the same situation today.
