Thesis: Modern technology has increase the survivability and lethality on today's modern battlefield. Abstract: Advancements in technology have had a dramatic impact on today's modern battlefield. Since the early wars that American Soldiers fought to today's battlefield, the advancements of weapon systems, medical support, duties and training of senior NCO's, and uniform improvements have increased the survivability and the lethal force of American Soldiers.
