The United States Army is currently the best Army in the world for its ability to win battles with the best trained Soldiers and the most advance technology known to man. With the edge of modern training and technology comes the dilapidating effect of a human behavior called apathy. Although the Army is the most advance, controlling apathy within her ranks will continue to be the challenge for leaders.
