In the military, we tackle ethical dilemmas on a daily basis. Leaders are singularly most important and influential entity for establishing the organizational integrity through their actions. Producing and encouraging organizational integrity develops into one of the most essential roles of an organization. As an organization, we need to closely examine how our leaders function at all levels of command. Leaders need innovative ethical training so that they can provide the best possible answers that others can accept as correct solutions.
