As the Global War on Terrorism continues, the ever-expanding use of private contractors on the battlefield will have a negative effect on the nation. The negative effects are due to the lack of central accountability on the battlefield for contractors. The overuse of these personnel will have negative impacts on the future of the American Soldier.
