The purpose of this paper is to bring the readers attention to the Morals and Values of today's NCOs and what are our expectation as senior leaders. As we set the example while maintaining the standards as it is written in FM 5-22. After conducting a lengthy research along with my past and present personal, I've discovered how deep and widespread the Morals and Values of a Senior Noncommissioned Officers has been Misinterpreted by some senior leaders. As I take you on the journey of understanding the importance of the morals and values of us as senior leaders, I want you to reflect back to the coaching and mentorship that we received from our superiors.
