Our Army ethics are principles that we follow that will guide us to do the right thing. As leaders in the Army will are charged to do the right thing even if no one is watching. Actually doing the right thing is not always an easy decision. However, when you know that you have made the right decision at the right time, it surely makes it easier to sleep at night. The Army has certain values we believe in, and it is important that our leaders instill these values in our new recruits and Soldiers. The Army values are loyalty, duty, respect, selfless service, honor, integrity, and personal courage.
